Yes. Buyers search, filter, and view every company profile and trust badge with no account and no cost. Companies pay only if they want to claim and control their own listing — buyers never pay.
From public records — SEC filings, official registries, and company disclosures — plus licensed market-data providers for public companies. Each profile shows independent public facts (financials, identifiers, market data) regardless of whether the company has claimed it, and we record the source of every fact we import.
That the company has been independently reviewed and approved by our team — identity confirmed against public records and trust attributes checked against our rubric. It is never self-awarded and never sold.

How the credentials work
Every badge is independently reviewed against a fixed, public rubric before it’s awarded — origin of products, where support is based, labor standards, warranty coverage and more. See exactly what earns each credential on the methodology page.
No. Membership changes how much of a profile a company controls — never what credentials it earns. A badge appears only when the evidence meets the rubric, and the same rubric applies to every company at every tier.
The strength of the evidence. Gold means the attribute fully holds (e.g. products made in the USA, support based in the U.S.); silver and bronze mark partial or mixed evidence (e.g. mostly U.S.-made, limited warranty). The full rubric spells out every level.
Report it with the company name and what looks off. We review reports against the records, correct the profile, and pull any credential that no longer holds.

Claiming and controlling your profile
Search for your company and hit “Claim.” If you sign up with an email on your company’s domain you’re approved instantly; otherwise we review manually, usually within one business day. Once approved you edit your profile, earn your verified badges, and receive buyer inquiries.

Claiming and publishing a complete profile is free. Paid membership adds richer presentation — photo gallery, featured placement, the embeddable Verified badge, and search priority. Compare what each plan includes on the membership page; plan pricing is shown when you claim your company and choose a plan.
Everyone — unclaimed profiles show independent public facts about your company (registry identifiers, public filings, market data for public companies). Claiming lets you add your own content, earn badges, and receive inquiries. Until it’s claimed, anyone at your company can claim it.
Membership & billing
Plans, renewal, and cancellation
Membership is billed annually, and the renewal terms are disclosed at checkout before you pay. You manage everything — invoices, payment method, plan — from your dashboard.
One click from your dashboard’s billing panel — no calls, no retention flow. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your free profile remains listed.
Credentials aren’t tied to payment. Badges reflect verified attributes, so they stay as long as the evidence holds; paid presentation features (gallery, featured placement, badge embed) pause until you resubscribe.
