Customer Concentration Puts the Report Under a Microscope
Nvidia's April quarterly filing showed three customers accounted for 21%, 17% and 16% of total revenue, and those same three buyers made up 64% of accounts receivable combined. Last quarter the company started breaking out hyperscaler revenue separately from other data center sales. Hyperscaler sales rose just 12% sequentially, while revenue from everyone else jumped 31% over the same stretch. Investors want to see that gap widen further, since faster growth outside the biggest cloud providers would ease worries that a handful of buyers control Nvidia's entire data center business.
Financing Deals Complicate the Demand Story
